(Reuters) - A nonprofit group has accused Bank of America Corp (BAC.N) of maintaining foreclosed homes in white neighborhoods in the U.S. Midwest much better than those it owns in nearby black and Latino neighborhoods, and of marketing the homes in white neighborhoods more effectively. The National Fair Housing Alliance filed the accusations with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on Tuesday. They come on top of similar accusations against Bank of America filed by the NFHA last month, which alleged disparities in the maintenance and marketing of foreclosed homes in California, Michigan, and along the East Coast.

(Reuters) - Ex-UBS (UBSN.VX) trader Kweku Adoboli was warned by the Swiss bank about a "rogue trading" scandal at France's Societe Generale years before he was charged with fraud over losses of $2.3 billion at UBS, a London court heard on Tuesday. Along with all other employees of UBS's investment banking arm at the time, Adoboli was sent an email in January 2008 after SocGen announced losses of 4.9 billion euros ($7.1 billion) blamed on unauthorized trades by Jerome Kerviel.

(Reuters) - Jon Corzine's lawyers say allegations that he fraudulently ran MF Global Holdings Ltd (MFGLQ.PK) make "no sense" and that a lawsuit seeking to hold him and others responsible for the futures brokerage's bankruptcy must be thrown out. Corzine, former colleagues and several banks, including JPMorgan Chase & Co (JPM.N) and Goldman Sachs Group Inc (GS.N), filed papers on Friday night to dismiss investor litigation over MF Global's collapse.
