Project Controls Coordinator · Ensure that the Turnaround Execution management team and contractors understand and adhere to the project controls standards and procedures · Focus on accurate and timely cash flow management and respond to the requirements of the turnaround team · Ensure monitoring of incurred costs, scope changes, trends, forecasts and monthly reports · Coordinate risk analysis and contingency analysis of turnaround estimates · Assume responsibility and participate in the management of project, relating to project budgeting, forecasting, progress and performance measure and reporting issues · Provide input into the development of detailed estimates, budgets and forecasts for regulatory, engineering, procurement, fabrication, modularization, construction, commissioning and start-up activities · Exercise control over technical quality of cost control, forecasting and progress and performance measurement work performed by others · Develop report routines to manage, evaluate and update the following as a minimum: Key decision log, Change Notices, Budgets, Forecasts, Cash flows (Incurred), Commitment reports, Man-hours, Progress and Performance (quantity and labour expenditure rates), Accruals · Engineering discipline, or Technology Diploma or equivalent with 10+ years progressive relevant experience · PMP/ AACEI designation is an asset. A PQS designation by Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors will be considered · Extensive knowledge and experience in working on large $100M - $500M projects · Proven people management skills in a high pressure environment · Experience with SAP is required · Excellent computer skills with focus on the proficiency in industry standard estimating software · Strong analytical, interpretive, organizational and problem solving skills Interested candidates please forward your resume to tmarshall@carvercorporation.com |
