(Reuters) - Stocks added to gains on Thursday, with all three major indexes rising more than 1 percent.
The Dow Jones industrial average .DJI jumped 141.72 points, or 1.16 percent, at 12,403.14. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index .SPX was up 12.47 points, or 0.95 percent, at 1,319.88. The Nasdaq Composite Index.IXIC put on 32.43 points, or 1.18 percent, at 2,772.92.(Reporting by Angela Moon)
