Commissioning & Startup Planning for Operations
Suggested Attendees: all Operational and Production Design or Construction support personnel who will be involved in planning, developing and managing the commissioning of a facility after a shutdown, major modification or the construction of a new facility. This 2-day intermediate workshop will cover the commissioning process, the tools and forms required and the typical roles and responsibilities from an Operational perspective. It will also involve a case study that will focus on the roll of Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR), Pre-Safety Start-Up (PSSR) and Start-Up management in the overall Commissioning project to provide a safe, on time and on budget start-up.
Pre-requisites: Industrial experience
