Carver PA Corporation is recruiting Project Engineers to:

·          Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering project within area of assigned responsibility;

·         Plan and formulate engineering program and organize project staff according to project requirements;

·         Assign project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project, such as technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications and technical plans, and product testing, in accordance with engineering disciplines of staff;

·         Review product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications;

·         Coordinate activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems;

·         Direct integration of technical activities and products. Evaluates and approves design changes, specifications, and drawing releases;

·         Control expenditures within limitations of project budget;

·         Prepare interim and completion project reports;

·         Project related duties can be assigned depending on the project

Qualifications:

·         Strong planning, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, decision making, oral and written communication skills;

·         Strong project management skills.

·         University degree in engineering or equivalent.

·         5-10+ years of experience with project management

·         Various educational backgrounds and experience combinations will be considered
