Carver PA Corporation is looking for a Reliability Engineer or Reliability Specialist for the immediate opening in Fort McMurray:  

Description of Accountability

Reporting to the Lead Reliability Specialist- Program Development, the Reliability Program Developer is accountable to provide effective Reliability Programs for various type of equipments

Responsibilities:

• Plan maintenance with focus on maintenance strategy activities;
• Create maintenance plans, Bill of Material, Task lists records and PM/?PdM records in SAP R3 Maintenance plans module;
• Responsible for maintenance of the M&R master data, functional locations, equipment, measurement points, warranty master data, and bills of material within the SAP maintenance module;
• Monitor the effectiveness of the maintenance programs through the auditing of KPIs, failure causes, and delay data to identify opportunities to improve strategies, task lists, and bills of material

Experience and Education Requirements

• Trade certification or a technical diploma/? university degree
• Minimum 5 years of solid maintenance experience
• Strong focus on safety, integrity and reliability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and decision making skills
• Works well on own and in teams
• Strong SAP skills is a MUST
