• The basics of MS Project Professional: how to work with menus and commands, how to enter tasks and task durations, how to outline tasks, and how to define task relationships;
• Learning how to set up and assign resources, and enter resource and project cost information;
• Using MS Project’s more advanced tools to resolve resource conflicts automatically and manually;
• Saving a baseline and tracking projects with the intent of keeping projects within scope;
• Customizing reports, views, printing, sorting, filtering, and grouping.
